Our fresh soft pollen stored in the refrigerator has not been processed. Dry is also available upon request.

◆ Our bees are fixed in the Longoz Forests declared as "Isolated Zone" by the Republic of Turkey.
◆ We are in the unmanned forest area. Our region consists of deep oak forests on the Black Sea Coast, in the continuation of the Yıldız Mountains and the Istranca Mountains. It is a wonderful shade rich in wildlife and vegetation.

Pollen; It is a very rich substance structurally; In addition to protein, carbohydrates, fiber and fats in its composition, vitamins (Niacin (B3), Pyridoxine (B6), Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Pantothenic acid (B5), Folic acid, Biotin (H) ), Tocopherol (E) ), Ascorbic acid (C), Beta carotene) mineral substances (Potassium (K), Calcium (Ca), Magnesium (Mg), Zinc (Zn), Iron (Fe), Copper (Cu), Manganese (Mn), Phosphorus There are many substances with antioxidant activity such as (P), phenolic substances, amino acids, fatty acids and organic acids.
Colors vary depending on what the bees bring. We enjoy seeing as many different types of pollen as possible and presenting them to our loved ones.
