As the "Turkish Oak Honey" family, we care about your satisfaction. We are sensitive about reliable beekeeping and safe food. We are happy to keep professionalism and amateur spirit together and to be sensitive to the environment.

1) Payment Method
Payments can be made online via Bank channel (wire transfer/EFT) or credit / debit card methods.

2) Delivery
After your order reaches us, it takes 3 business days for the eft to be displayed. If the payment has been received according to our controls, the order is confirmed. Confirmed order will be shipped within 3 working days from the date of payment. Accident, disaster, technical failure, etc. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur in such cases. Hoping for your tolerance and understanding, your orders are prepared "with care", not hastily.
We bring products from the village to the city, if the invoice is delayed, your invoice will be checked again if you inform us by contacting turkishoakhoney@gmail.com or our mobile number.

2) Return
As farmers and tradesmen, we try to deal with the issue in accordance with universal moral principles, rather than making long commitments that will annoy the user.
After receiving the product, you can return it within 40 days. Your fee will be refunded within 3-5 business days after the return.
The product to be returned must not contain any objects or additives.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be accepted in case of a change in the container or if it has been altered or changed.
According to our understanding; if a product is returned, it is no longer a sale item. We consume it ourselves or share it with our friends in nature.
These rules are ethically determined criteria.
